From the outside, it can look like a communication issue. But inside the team, it’s rarely that simple.

I work with leadership teams inside the reality of what they’re dealing with - to
help the team operate as a leadership group, not a collection of individuals
That can look like:
Facilitated sessions where the team works through real issues, not hypotheticals
Creating space for conversations that aren’t currently happening
Challenging patterns that are limiting the team’s effectiveness
Supporting clearer, more aligned decision-making
Working alongside the team over a period of time, not as a one-off intervention
This work is most useful during periods of change, growth, or restructuring
When there’s a sense of friction, but it’s not being directly addressed
When alignment is inconsistent or fragile
When leadership behaviour is impacting culture or performance
When the team knows it needs to operate differently, but hasn’t shifted

Yes - depending on your goals, I may suggest tools like the Leadership Circle Profile or Hogan Insights to deepen self-awareness. These are optional, can be added to any package and will accelerate your growth. We will discuss these options in your strategy call.

Once we have discussed what will best suit your needs, individual sessions will be online via Google Meet (or in person in Sydney). Individual sessions are usually 60-90 minutes, and we’ll co-design your focus areas to achieve your goals.
I only take on a small amount of coaching counterparts at a time so that I am focused on you. The way I work is customisable based on your needs and my schedule is flexible to suit you.
