Leadership Coaching

Leadership becomes more complex as roles expand, expectations shift, and the environment changes. What used to work no longer does - not because capability is lacking, but because the demands of the role have changed.

Sometimes that shows up as exhaustion: you're producing more than ever, carrying more than ever - and somehow running emptier. That's rarely a sign you aren't doing enough.

More often it's what happens when your sense of doing well is tied to how much you produce, inside an environment where visible effort is how you stay safe. The output keeps climbing, the fuel keeps draining and working harder only tightens the loop.

I work with leaders at every level - emerging, established, and those stepping into more senior or complex roles. Whether you're managing sustained change, stepping into a new level of leadership, or navigating a significant transition, I help you think clearly, navigate complexity and adjust how you lead in practice. The work is grounded in what's actually happening - not development in theory, but how you show up day to day.

Coaching tends to matter most at the moments capability alone doesn't solve:

  • You've stepped into a significantly bigger role and the confidence others have placed in you hasn't quite caught up with the confidence you feel.

  • You're operating at a new level and the patterns that served you well until now have started working against you.

  • You're producing more than ever and running emptier - and pushing harder isn't shifting it.

  • You're carrying more complexity, pressure or visibility than feels sustainable - and figuring it out alone.

  • The way you lead or work with others keeps running into the same wall, and it isn't shifting on its own.

  • Something has changed in how leadership feels, even when everything looks fine on paper.

Coaching is how leaders work through complexity, accelerate clarity and make faster decisions in real time.

The work is insight-led. I help you understand what's actually driving your behaviour and how it's shaping your leadership in practice. That includes:

  • The assumptions you're operating from, often without realising

  • The patterns you default to under pressure

  • The dynamics you're contributing to, in your team and your organisation

  • What you're avoiding, protecting, or holding onto

From there, the work is turning that awareness into how you actually lead - moving from leading as who the role seems to demand toward leading from a clearer, steadier sense of who you are.

How I Work

What People Are Saying About Coaching With Georgia

  • “Georgia’s approach to coaching is thoughtful, patient, and highly collaborative.

She guides the conversation through well-judged questions and observations, drawing on experience without ever taking it over. It creates the space to think clearly, while still moving things forward.”

  • “I’ve had some major breakthroughs working with Georgia.

She has a real knack for asking powerful questions that help me see things from a completely new angle. It’s helped me uncover things I wasn’t fully aware of, including what was holding me back.

What’s made the biggest difference is how those insights translate into action. I leave our sessions with clear, practical steps I can actually follow through on, which has had a real impact on my confidence and focus as a leader.”

  • “I worked with Georgia on my leadership circle, which gave me a much more holistic view of how I show up, beyond what I’d previously seen through a 360 review. The depth of insight, combined with a broader benchmark, made it particularly valuable.

It highlighted a number of blind spots and areas for growth, which have had a direct impact on how I engage with peers and operate day to day.”

  • “I always feel as though I walk away from our coaching sessions with clarity and new thinking. The impact of our coaching sessions has been significant for me in building confidence, discovering new thinking and feeling more prepared to tackle a challenge. You create an environment where I can be my authentic self, discover new thinking.”

  • “Georgia’s extensive professional experience shines through in her coaching. Our sessions have been thought- provoking and impactful and I’ve made genuine, positive changes as a result”

The Differentiator

I understand the system you're leading inside.

Most coaches work on the leader. I work on the leader and the system around them - the pressure, the politics, the organisational complexity that's actually shaping the decisions in front of you.

I spent 16 years inside fast-growth, complex organisations, most recently as a Global Chief People Officer. I know what it's like to hold a senior role together while working out, in private, whether you can. That's why the work lands differently. I'm not observing leadership from the outside. I've led from inside it.
