Leadership doesn’t have to feel lonely - you’ll talk about the big topics and challenges, test out new ideas and make connections with people like you. Fortnightly sessions, online and on Friday mornings, starting 30th October.
What Is It?
Every second Friday, 8am-9am Sydney time, we meet to work through the challenges leaders are facing right now. We take a topic that matters to how you lead and work through it using what's actually happening for the people in the room. You hear how other leaders are handling the same pressures, get a fresh perspective on your own, and leave with a clearer view of how you want to work and a group of people who understand what you're dealing with. Over time, you’ll build your peer network of other leaders that get it.
The Specifics:
- A live session every second Friday 8am - 9am Sydney time. Get your morning coffee ready and get some Friday inspiration.
- A selection of tools and coaching resources, in the member portal.
- An optional members' WhatsApp group, so you can stay connected between sessions - build your network with like minded people going through the same challenges and backing each other through it.
Who The Community Is For
Leaders who are always looking to grow and connect through others facing the same challenges, who can feel something needs to shift and want the space to work out what.
Whether you're an aspiring leader trying to figure it out, leading your first team or an executive, the community is for people who are willing to look at themselves and how they lead honestly, share and grow with others.
Founding members
The Room starts 30th October. Founding members join for $12 per month. Spaces are limited at founder membership rate.
