About

Hi, I'm Georgia.

I spent 16 years working inside complex, fast-moving technology organisations, most recently as a Global Chief HR Officer with responsibility across ANZ, Europe and the Americas. I've led through growth, restructuring, M&A, operating model shifts and transformation. Often in environments where things needed to move quickly and alignment was harder to maintain than anyone wanted to admit.

I've been the executive in the room navigating the politics, absorbing the pressure and trying to lead well.

What brought me to this work

In 2023, I hit a wall. I'd spent most of my career being promoted - recognised for what I was good at, handed opportunities I said yes to because someone I respected told me I should. For a long time, that felt like success. Then, slowly, it didn't.

I found myself burnt out. I was functioning, performing and showing up. But sitting in a meeting room one afternoon alone and realising I wasn't coping and had no idea how long I hadn't been. I was carrying work pressure, family stress, health challenges and a neurodivergent diagnosis I'd spent years compensating around rather than acknowledging. High performance had masked all of it - until it couldn't anymore.

I took time away. I volunteered with displaced communities in Lebanon, left when the bombing started and continued in Guatemala working with children in indigenous communities who were denied access to consistent education.

Working with people navigating genuinely hard circumstances, I kept coming back to the same thing: how much shifts for someone when they feel seen, when they find agency, when they locate confidence they didn't know they had.

I saw it in them. I started to see it in myself too - the patterns I'd been living inside, the environments I'd been saying yes to because I thought I should.

That's what brought me into coaching.

How I work

I bring a Psychology background, coaching training and genuine leadership and commercial experience to every engagement. I'm known for building trust quickly, understanding what's really going on beneath the surface and deliver practical outcomes.

The leaders I work with are typically high performers who've reached a point where something isn't adding up. Maybe the role has changed around them. Maybe they have. Maybe the organisation is moving fast and nobody has stopped to ask how they're actually navigating it.

That gap between strong performance and genuine wellbeing, between what's visible and what's real is where I do my best work.
