Hi, I’m Georgia, founder of The Curious Leadership.

I'm a certified Leadership Coach, People & Culture expert, and former Global Chief HR Officer with 16+ years of international experience across high-growth scale-ups and enterprise businesses in APAC, Europe, and the Americas. I’ve led global HR strategy and operations through high growth, restructures, operating model pivots, M&A, and major transformation- always keeping people at the centre of strategy.

With executive experience, a background in Psychology, an MBA, and training as a Leadership Coach, Mediator, and Crisis Counsellor, I bring a unique blend of strategic business thinking, human insight, and a belief that curiosity is a leader’s superpower in times of change.

I understand firsthand the pressures businesses and their leaders face in today’s fast-moving environment. I help them lead with clarity, confidence, and authenticity, especially through uncertainty.

On a personal note, in 2023 I experienced functioning burnout- showing up each day on autopilot, disconnected from purpose. That led to a powerful reset: time spent volunteering with disadvantaged communities, travelling, deepening my coaching practice and reconnecting to my purpose.
