About

Hi, I’m Georgia

I’ve spent over 16 years working inside complex, fast-moving organisations, including as a Global Chief HR Officer across ANZ, Europe and the Americas.

I’ve led through growth, restructuring, operating model shifts, M&A and transformation - often in environments where things needed to move quickly, but alignment was harder to maintain.

Most of my work now sits in that gap.

I’m brought in when organisations are navigating change and when leadership teams need to think clearly, make decisions and operate well under pressure - particularly when things aren’t quite working, even when they look like they should.

What I’m known for is the ability to quickly build trust, understand what’s really going on beneath the surface, and cut through complexity. I bring both a strong intuition for patterns and a practical, commercial lens - so the work stays grounded in real outcomes, not just reflection.

Alongside my corporate background, I’ve trained in coaching, mediation, crisis counselling and hold a Bachelors of Psychology and MBA.

In 2023, I experienced functioning burnout. That period sharpened how I see work - particularly the gap between strong leadership, what’s really going on beneath the surface, and the cost of not addressing it early. It also led me to step back, spending time volunteering with disadvantaged communities and deepening my coaching practice, to re-evaluate my purpose, how I wanted to work, and where I add the most value.

Today, my work sits across organisational transformation and coaching.

I work with organisations and leadership teams to navigate complexity, work through what’s really going on and move forward with more clarity and direction.
