  • Yes - depending on your goals, I may suggest tools like the Leadership Circle Profile or Hogan Insights to deepen self-awareness. These are optional, can be added to any package and will accelerate your growth. We will discuss these options in your strategy call.

  • Once we have discussed what will best suit your needs, individual sessions will be online via Google Meet (or in person in Sydney). Individual sessions are usually 60-90 minutes, and we’ll co-design your focus areas to achieve your goals.

    I only take on a small amount of coaching counterparts at a time so that I am focused on you. The way I work is customisable based on your needs and my schedule is flexible to suit you.
