Georgia Kelaher is a Leadership and Organisational Coach, IECL Certified (Level 2), and a registered Psychologist (BPsych). She has held Chief People Officer roles across scaling global businesses, and has coached hundreds of senior leaders through high-pressure transitions, burnout recovery, and performance recalibration.

Credentials include:
