About
Hi, I’m Georgia, founder of The Curious Leadership.
I’m a certified Leadership Coach, People & Culture expert, and former Global Chief HR Officer. With over 16 years of global experience across high growth scale-ups and enterprise businesses across APAC, Europe and the Americas, I’ve led HR teams and global HR strategy and operations through high growth sprints, restructures, downsizing, M&A, enterprise-wide change, operating model and market pivots- always with people at the centre of strategy.
I have Executive experience, a background in Psychology and an MBA, in addition to a complimentary background as a trained Leadership Coach, Mediator and Crisis Counsellor. My approach blends outcome focused, strategic business thinking with Psychology and the belief that curiosity is a leader’s superpower during change and complexity.
I understand first hand the challenges for leaders in todays business environment of constant change and I’m passionate about supporting leaders to navigate this with confidence and authenticity.

On a personal level, in 2023 I hit functioning burnout. No dramatic crash—just the slow grind of showing up every day, fueled by coffee, dread, and a growing disconnect from my purpose. What followed was an incredible 18 months of travelling, volunteering with disadvantaged communities, deepening my coaching practice and re-connecting to my purpose.
