Section Two - Reflection
This section includes reflection resources that supplement your coaching journey, so that you can get the most from it - think of them like (optional) homework. Download each resource, open in fillable PDF format and make it yours.
Reflection #1
This Is Me
When to use this: Once you have completed your Hogan Insights assessment and we have debriefed
What it is: Use this template to reflect on what you’re noticing, your unique strengths you want to lean into intentionally and how you want to show up differently.
Reflection #2
Direction , Motivation & Purpose
When to use this: Anytime
What it is: Leaders feel greater clarity and confidence when they understand what drives them and what sits underneath it - purpose, values and how they have been formed.
Your purpose is an anchor. Your personal purpose fuels your fulfillment, and your leadership purpose defines your impact. When they're aligned, you lead with resilience, clarity, and energy. When they're misaligned, it can feel like burnout.
Reflection #3
NEW VERSION COMING SOON
Leadership Playbook
When to use this: After week 6 of coaching.
What it is: The leadership playbook pulls together what you found in the first two reflections, looks back at how far your goals have moved and turns it into a go-forward development plan mapped around how you lead - your North Star, the pattern to watch, how you communicate it and how you'll stay accountable.
Section Three - Optional Additional Resources
These are additional resources that are always being adding to - and you’ll see an option to request new materials below. Explore at your own pace, download each resource, open in fillable PDF format and make it yours.
These resources have helped past clients but keep in mind:
Depending on where you’re at, some resources may feel a little heavy - they are not intended as therapy - they are for reflection, recognition and future growth. If you feel that anything is too heavy, please stop and reach out to someone for support.
Some resources may not feel useful for you - that’s totally fine, this is your journey. Feel free to bring anything in this section to a coaching session - either for clarification, or for deeper discovery.
Self Leadership
The Archetypes Of Our Development
When to use this: When you want to understand the early patterns shaping how you lead now - and if you start to spot other people in this it's a good one to revisit communication styles before a tricky conversation with someone.
What it is: Use this to recognise your own patterns among eight common developmental archetypes, decide what you want to keep and choose what you're ready to shift (for awareness, not diagnosis).
Humble Brags for Visibility
When to use this: When you want to be seen for your work and ‘manage up’, you've got your eye on a promotion, or you find it hard to talk about your own and your team's wins.
What it is: Use this to make your value - and your team's - visible in a way that builds trust and confidence in your leadership; and to keep a running record of your wins for reviews, CVs and interviews.
Validation Patterns & Inner Anchors
When to use this: When you feel unsteady without feedback or recognition, or you're caught in self-doubt, imposter feelings, or relying too much on others' approval.
What it is: Use this to see where that need for validation comes from and build a steadier sense of self - one that holds when the external proof isn't there.
Career Momentum
The First 90 Days
When to use this: When you're stepping into a new role or being promoted - ideally before you start, or in your first few weeks.
What it is: Use this to land the transition well - the mindset shifts the role demands, the network to build first, and a 90-day plan focused on what actually matters.
Strengths Overplayed
When to use this: When you want to notice how your strengths can tip into reactive habits under pressure - a natural companion to your Hogan reflection, and handy for spotting the same in others.
What it is: Use this as a quick map of common strengths at their best and overplayed, with a short reflection to help you catch your own tip earlier

Effective coaching depends on a strong working relationship between Coach and Client. Either party may feel, at any point, that the fit is not right for the work. This is a normal and legitimate reason to end the arrangement and reflects no fault on either side. Where either party wishes to end the relationship on these grounds, the cancellation and refund policy applies. Please check your coaching agreement for cancellation terms, or reach out.
