Leadership Self-Reflection
Step 1 of 3 · About 5 minutes

How do you show up as a leader?

This is a short, honest reflection on how you lead — and it's built to give you something genuinely useful in return. At the end, you'll get an instant, personalised report showing where your strengths lie and where a little focus could take you further.

You'll also have the chance to book a free 45-minute session with me to walk through your results together — a real leadership development strategy tailored to you, and a no-obligation conversation about what coaching could look like. It's strongly encouraged: the report is the snapshot, but the conversation is where it becomes a plan. The more honest you are here, the more you'll get out of both.

Why these questions are about you, personally. These five areas — how self-aware you are, how much you back yourself, how authentically you lead, how clearly you set direction, and how open you are to feedback — are among the most consistent predictors of leadership effectiveness and performance. Not systems or strategy, but how a leader shows up. When these are strong, everything else tends to follow. So the questions here are deliberately about your inner experience of leading, because that's what the evidence tells us matters most.

For each statement, choose how often it feels true for you lately. Be honest rather than aspirational — there are no right answers, and no one is judging. The more real your answers, the more useful your reflection.
