How much of how you lead feels chosen by you?

This is a fast questionnaire, not an in-depth analysis. It's a first look at the narratives that might be running underneath how you lead, the ones most of us can't see in ourselves, formed long before the career. The deeper work is understanding what is happening that is unique to you, which a questionnaire cannot give you alone. You will have an opportunity to book a one-on-one session with me at the end for a deeper analysis.
